Rat Girl art doll and Ratty artists teddy - OOAK
Rat-girl has little sculpted rat-like teeth and long ratty ears, also mohair rat legs, which are ribbon-tied at the knees. She wears little shorts and a top, hand-sewn from vintage, hand-dyed cotton and lace. Her hair is natural fiber locks and is topped with a small bow. Her large, black eyes are sculpted, and then hand-painted and glossed.
She is approx 16" length and sits 8" tall.
She comes with her 6" rat friend, who has jointed limbs and head and is hand-sewn from mohair and then hand-dyed.
Rat girl is a sitting doll, with sculpted head and hands. Her limbs are wired for gentle posing, and her knees are ribbon-tied for posing her furry rat-like legs.
The chair is not included.
A signed Certificate of Authenticity is included and the piece will arrive in a sturdy packing box, to keep her snug and safe.I only sell pieces I have sculpted myself, this is a mixed media sculpture, please see the 'info' page for info on materials I like to use. I only sell pieces I have sculpted myself, each doll is a unique and one-of-a-kind original sculpt and cannot be recreated. I design and sculpt each piece, then sand, paint, pastel, costume, wig and accessorize.
These are handmade items and as such there will be the odd fingerprint, brush stroke, dropped stitch, spot of glue or other tiny 'flaws' - just like in us all. Any holes, fraying, stains or marks on the clothes are part of the overall design of the doll.
My sculptures are mixed media and intended as an adult collector's item for display only - please handle with care. (please see the Info page of website for materials I like to use)Clothes are not removable and hair is not to be brushed. Keep away from direct sunlight and water (yes, just like a Gremlin!)

Delivery will be through Royal Mail and their international delivery partners. I always send my work insured and I am fully responsible for loss or damage until your sculpture is delivered safely to your door.
