Beatrice - OOAK ball joint neck victorian ghost girl, with her little teddy
Her sculpted head has a ball-jointed, leather-lined neck for posing. Hands and feet are sculpted and limbs are wired, so she can be carefully posed.
She wears a handsewn, vintage cotton and vintage lace dress and bloomers, with a matching bow in her hair.Her curly, blonde hair is soft, natural fibre locks. Her large, purple eyes are sculpted, and handpainted.
This girl is smaller than my normal dolls and is approx 1/6th scale, so she would fit well in most Blythe or similar displays. She does have excellent balance on her own but I recommend placing her on her stand for display.
Entire piece is just under 10"approx.
She comes with her little handsewn and stained teddy, and her cobblestone stand.
A signed Certificate of Authenticity is included and the piece will arrive in a sturdy packing box, to keep her snug and safe.I only sell pieces I have sculpted myself, this is a mixed media sculpture, please see the 'info' page for info on materials I like to use. I only sell pieces I have sculpted myself, each doll is a unique and one-of-a-kind original sculpt and cannot be recreated. I design and sculpt each piece, then sand, paint, pastel, costume, wig and accessorize.
These are handmade items and as such there will be the odd fingerprint, brush stroke, dropped stitch, spot of glue or other tiny 'flaws' - just like in us all. Any holes, fraying, stains or marks on the clothes are part of the overall design of the doll.
My sculptures are mixed media and intended as an adult collector's item for display only - please handle with care.
